Diese Anlage besteht aus insgesamt 1 Grundstücke und wurde von FAM Holding entwickelt, der gleiche Bauträger der auch hinter den folgenden Bauprojekten steht: Art Tower Apartments, Family Tower und Smart Tower 1.
