a modern villa in a new community of dubai

emaar south expo villas 6 is a great development by one of the best property developers in dubai. i live in dubai for 7 years and my old apartment was by emaar as well. now with a family, with a reasonable price villas in a great location for dubai. the 3 bedroom villa is spacious, very modern, nice furniture, but the best part is how airy and inviting the villas are. surrounding by green landscapes, and a golf course where i can teach my kids. great amenities as well. but the selling point it still the beautiful white villa with a garden, a nice kitchen, and a big living space in dubai.

friendly environment

golf villas in my perception is a gated neighborhood of well-kept modern villas. it is a gated private neighborhood in the views where foreigners can purchase real estate. the interesting point of this project is friendly and comfortable environment where’s perfect for living with family. these could be functional as well because the project’s nearby many facilities in a variety of industries.

golf paradise and a good apartment

as the name suggested, golf tower 2 is pretty much a golf person paradise. a two-bedroom apartment with my family is just amazing. very spacious a big combine living and dining area. where as a family dinner while cooking we are always together. a beautiful view of emirates hill golf club from one side of the apartment. the other side is a view of dubai skyline and the views canal. the bedrooms are huge as well with a master bedroom a small study station. schools are nearby and the kids walk back home and go to parks and the basketball court. to go golfing at emirates hill is a short walk away. amazing, beautiful a golf paradise.

a perfect family home

golf villas is a great community to live in with the family. the modern villas are great and the community is great as well. there are quite a few foreigners living here since it’s freehold. it provides communal parks, numerous green spaces, and shared amenities such as pools, gardens, and children's play places. residents will feel right at home here. the unit is very spacious, modern and luxury. regent international school is only a few minutes' drive away where my kids attend school. we get to have pets here which is fantastic.

the high rise tower near with golf course and canal

the apartment is so wonderful with a calm canal and beautiful emirate golf club, golf course. the apartment was designed in a modern style and beautiful. the swimming pool is open air and has a unique style that helps me feel calm and relaxed. and also, the fully equipped gymnasium. the apartment is close to the schools with a regent international school 1, bus station, and close to the road that is easy to commute.
