This really good opportunity to live in a house for sale that full of livable community and comfortable by facility both inside and surrounding area. I really prefer this accessibility which full of convenient transportation even though it's convneient driving more than public transportation
Amazing townhouse project in Arabian Ranches

The Sun Townhouses create the decent first impression for me and my family. The location is set in between the Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road and Emirates Road which I can travel all across the city within a few minutes, especially to Downtown Dubai. There are the private backyard for every unit. My children and little cousins can enjoy their time playing together in the secure setting. This place has many sport facilities like the tennis and basketball courts. I really like that the development is near the 18-hole golf course which my father is so in to the golfing. He can teach the kids to play golf without travelling so far away from the home.

The Sun townhouses place are finally built, this will be one of the cleanest communities in town. I worked here in Dubai for many years and I live with my wife and a kid. We decided to look for an interesting community to raise our child. The Arabian Ranches provide enough facilities that we wanted. It has children playground for my daughter. However, we like many things in this community like the lazy river and BBQ station. We can totally have outdoor activities on the weekend together. I am looking forward to the payment plan.
