First, I was hesitant to relocate outside the city of Dubai. But I was wrong. Around Dubai Land is peaceful and quiet. My two kids love it here. Villanova is for medium to large families. The children's play area is enormous. After school and the weekends, kids hang around with other kids and have fun. For the parents, its nice to have days of pampering in spa and salons. There is a Dubai Outlet mall for shopaholics or, like me, just want something quick, Villanova Community Mall does the job. Public transport can be a bit of a headache, but almost everyone drives a car here, because of the ample parking spaces in the community and for guests too, while having a small party.

For resident, Villanova is luxury and always classy by their concept and design that’s so occidentalize by their architecture’s element and I think that’s really elegant. Moreover, the project is classy by their proper amenity, there has many types of sport communities inside. Comfortable leisure and nice management system is one of the projects’ special points. For the project’s qualification I think this such a reasonable to invest in this price.
